WASHINGTON (AP) -- Yelps of support and echoing applause greeted the voice booming over the loudspeakers Wednesday at the scheduled start of practice for the East Regional's fourth seed: ''Coached by Jim Boeheim, please welcome the Syracuse Orange!''
