No. 15 Marquette set for NCAA opener vs. Davidson (The Associated Press)
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Marquette had what most would call a surprising season. After being a preseason coaches' pick to finish seventh in the powerful Big East, the Golden Eagles stunned the conference with a 14-4 league record and a share of the regular-season title.
